Melâs top (and most trusted) agent at the CIA. Farrah is smart and witty, takes no bullshit, but doesnât know of Melâs relationship with Allen or TREADWATER. Sheâs a feminist who uses her good looks and intelligence to get what she wants. Farrah doesnât care about consequences, only protecting the American people. First female Director of the CIA, Mel is a special consultant of sorts for TREADWATER. Sheryl, Allenâs late wife, was close friends with Mel from grade school, and Allen confided in Mel when putting together the Candlelight Program. She trades intel with Allen in exchange for TRDWTRâs help on certain matters that the CIA cannot be involved in. She is sharp, assertive, willing to make tough decisions. She and Allen share a manipulative quality, both of them formidable combatants, loyal friends, and fierce rivals. Mel began her career in politics, served the President as Chief of Staff. At one point she was even prompted by other high ranking government officials to run for President herself, with Allen offering to help fund her campaign. Mel declined, however, preferring to work in the shadows, where she feels true power liesâ¦
